Consider these strategies to help streamline workflows: Ensure you have aDocument Management Policy* that addresses who can create workflows and a Procedure that outlines the steps for requesting approvals. Conduct an annual review of workflows to identify any that are not in use,in limited use), or appear to be a duplicate. Thenevaluate those that can be deleted, merged or revised. Require that all recommendations and edits for documents managed in PolicyStat be made in the software. *This would be part of your Document Management Policy Anyone else have recommendations?
